Policies
Thank you for your interest
in advertising in our Newsletter.
The Normal Park Neighborhood Association's newsletter reaches over 800
households in Ypsilanti, MI. It is published four times a year and is
generally four pages long.
We accept advertisements
from businesses and non-profits that are in the City of Ypsilanti. All
advertisements will need approval by the NPNA board. The number of
advertisements for a given issue may be limited depending on the number of
articles.

Payment
We accept checks
made payable to NPNA and can be given to Rebeccas Dunkle, treasurer@normalpark.org,
Treasurer, or any board member. You may pay for a whole year of ad space at
once.
Publishing Dates
The newsletter generally is
published the second or third week of January, April, July and October. Ads need
to be submitted on
average four weeks prior to publication. For the most current information please
email newsletter@normalpark.org.

All ads are in
black and white. Email, mail or drop off all advertising materials to:

Ad sizes are as follows:
- Full page ad -- 7.5
inches wide X 10 inches tall
- 1/2-page ad -- 7.5
inches wide X 5 inches tall
- 1/4-page ad -- 3 5/8
inches wide X 5 inches tall
- 1/8-page ad -- 3 1/2
inches wide X 2 inches tall
Format for Submitting
Ads
You can e-mail
your ad as an attachment to newsletter@normalpark.org
or mail a 3.5" disc in PC format. Electronic files should be in PDF or TIFF
format. Graphic elements (such as logos) to be put into typeset ads should be
sent attached as PDF or TIFF files. (NOT GIF and WMF files.) Fonts used in your
typeset electronic file should also be included. In all cases, include a printed
proof of your ad to ensure your advertising message will be accurately
reproduced in the NPNA Newsletter.
You can also mail or drop
off your camera ready ads (at least 300 dpi laser print) to the address above.
Half toned artwork should be screened at or near 85 lines per inch.

Distribution
The NPNA
newsletter is distributed quarterly to the 700 homes in the Normal Park
Neighborhood Association. Covering the area bounded by Washtenaw Avenue on the
north, Congress Street on the south, Mansfield Street on the west, and Summit
Street on the east. Copies are also distributed to the Woods Road Neighborhood.
